Description

Levada House apartment is a new luxury, serviced garden apartment. Located on the favoured south side of the City Centre it is less than a mile from Cambridge railway station and ideally placed for access to the Universities, Addenbrookes Hospital and Research and Homerton College. The apartment is also within easy walking distance to various shops, cinemas and leisure facilities.

The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen. Freshly laundered bed linens are delivered each week of your stay along with white fuffy towels and kitchen linen.

The fully fitted kitchen has an oven and hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a microwave with grill.

There is a car port and secure bike store with the added benefit of a private landscaped garden leading from the tri-fold doors onto the raised deck.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and heated towel rail.

Getting around

The apartment is within walking/cycling distance of the town centre, but there is a bus stop just accross the road with busses arriving every 10 minuets taking you directly into the centre. Addenbrookes Hospital and Research, University departments and Peterhouse Technology Park are all within easy and comfortable distance. The mainline railway sation is within walking distance and has regular links to London (45 minuets) and beyond! The area is serviced by an excellent transport infrastructure including an extensive road network offering north/south and east/west flows on major motorway and A-roads including the M11, A14 and A1.
