The residence is located in Moniga, nice small town inserted in the moraine hills of Valtenesi.Sorge in quiet and strategic position, close to the historic center with its services, local and commerciali.Poco activities away from the lake with its marina , its beautiful walks and spacious beaches, where everyone can find the entertainment you most want and avail the services lacustri.Poco far from the hotel, we visit the most famous tourist spots such as Desenzano, Salo, Sirmione and cities such as Verona, Brescia and Mantova.Luogo ideal for a relaxing holiday in a nice and comfortable atmosphere, suitable both for families and for all those who wish to spend a pleasant holiday on the lake, in search of the most varied nature tours, gastronomic, cultural and ludici.Il residence has only six units, making it pleasantly livable, spacious and bright two bedroom apartments with living room, kitchenette equipped, two large bedrooms, a bathroom, terrace with table and chairs, private garden, basement garage with laundry, swimming pool, solarium area with sun loungers and deckchairs.

The most convenient way to explore the area is by bicycle we can also provide us in the building or those who want to take them home is not enough room in the garage to keep them. For long journeys it is advisable to the car or the train to reach the most distant from the residence cities. The nearest station is Desenzano del Garda, 11 km away.

In the apartments smoking is not allowed; in open spaces. No pets allowed. The check-in is from 4 to 5 pm and other arrivals outside of these hours must be communicated in advance to the Directorate authorized by it. It is not allowed to let other people, outside of the same guests, in apartments, in the solarium and swimming pool. In the town of Moniga does the separate collection of waste and guests must practice it.
