Description

House Hedera is a lovely property situated in Pobrezje on a hill above Mokosica and Rijeka dubrovacka. Surrounded by beautiful garden, it is ideal for guests who prefer to stay away from the busy center of Dubrovnik but still within only about 7 minute drive. This House is convenient for a family or friends who want to spend a peaceful holiday in a stylish house in the rural area.

House Hedera is a modern semi-detached house on two levels that can accommodate up to 8 guests. It consists of 3 bedrooms, an open plan living room / dining room / kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, balcony, private swimming pool and parking.

The ground floor contains 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining area and living room. New built infinity swimming pool and main terrace are right outside the spacious living room. The second terrace with built-in BBQ and patio table with 8 chairs is on the other side of the house.

Heading upstairs to the first floor guests will find the third bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bedroom also leads onto a 30 m2 balcony with outside lounge and amazing views to the sea, Gruz harbour and Lapad peninsula.

House Hedera has private garage and parking place outside. Amenities include: Air-conditioning in all rooms, SAT-TV in all rooms, smoke detector, Netflix stream smart TV (living room), Wireless Internet, full kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave; washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, BBQ

Situated about 4 km from Dubrovnik downtown and 8 km from Dubrovnik Old Town, Pobrezje is a calm neighborhood in a green and relaxing ambient. As shops, restaurants and beach are not within walking distance car is recommended to stay at this property. There are several rent-a-car companies located at Dubrovnik Airport and it is recommended to book a car in advance. Nearest supermarket and ATM are 2.5 km away.

House Hedera sleeps 6 (+2*).

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
