Luxury 6 bedroom villa on the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, sleeps up to 14

Unique custom built luxury villa located on an elevated position on the 13th hole of the Royal Westmoreland championship golf course. This grand and spacious house which is featured in adverts for the resort itself is set in lush tropical gardens and boasts stunning views across the golf course to the turquoise blue of the Caribbean Sea. From the imposing entrance hall, step down into an immaculately finished open plan lounge and kitchen which opens out onto a large covered terrace which provides the perfect location for sunset cocktails.

The main house has 5 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and verandas with panoramic sea views. Adjacent to the main house, the guest cottage has a further sixth double bedroom and a quality sofa bed in the cottage lounge can convert the room to bedroom 7 if necessary. All bedrooms have fans and air conditioning.

Guests can relax in the tranquillity of our palm fringed pool terraces which wrap around a luxurious infinity edge pool and jacuzzi. The impressive outdoor dining and bar area which includes a large outdoor cooking and barbecue area is perfect for family gatherings.

The main house has a state of the art multi room audio system with wall pad controls plus Wifi as well as a dedicated media area with cable tv and DVD player.

There is a fully equipped games room on ground floor of the cottage which contains a pool table ,table tennis, air hockey, table football and a playstation .

Guests have complimentary use of house golf buggy to get around the resort.

The house is staffed by a dedicated housekeeper and cook .Butler available at additional cost

Response from the owner Thank you for your comprehensive review and we are glad to hear you had a great stay. I would like to take the opportunity to respond to the points you made. I am sorry that you had problems with your collection at the airport and that you found your mini van to be too small. We do not provide this ourselves and this element is usually booked by the guest through our suggested 3rd party car hire company. According to our records you did not use our recommended provider Peter Alleyn. If that is incorrect and you did book through him please let me know and I will pass these comments on to him. I can only apologise for the wifi/tv that has been a little temperamental of late and we are changing our tv service provider as a result. Unfortunately the broadband services on the island are generally not as reliable as those we have in the UK and these issues impact everyone on the island. Although we are always swift to report network issues to the national telecom provider Flow the network issues that occur from time to time are out of our hands . On the matter of the cooking facilities we have hosted dinner parties for up to 14 people without problems or complaints, the service can sometimes be a little slow but this is usually due to speed of delivery of the catering staff. Tony is very diligent in his prep and does take a lot of time to get things ready but an hour wait for an omelette is clearly way to slow and I will pass these comments on to him.The top hob unit does consist of two large rings but there is also a sizeable thermo magnetic wok ring that you did not mention which provides a sizeable cooking area ideally suited to bajan style cooking. Finally I just wanted to touch on the room situation. As you know we have 2 rental rates , one for the whole house including owners suite and one that is cheaper to the tune of 20% per night which gives you 4 bedrooms in the main house plus up to 2 more in the guest cottage should you need it. You selected the cheaper rate and we did explain the room set up to you clearly but I can only apologise if there was some confusion in this. Should you choose to return at a future date I will give you our usual repeat booking discount and that should make renting the whole house an attractive proposition to you. Best regards Dean
