L' appartamento "Summer"è situato al piano terra di una casa familiare, ha ingresso indipendente ed ampia corte esterna riservata recintata, l' ideale per i bambini che possono muoversi in tranquillità. Ha una sola camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina ben attrezzata e corredata di stoviglie ed accessori, condimenti e prodotti detergenti. Si trova in zona residenziale periferica tranquilla, il parcheggio è libero in strada e sempre disponibile. Dista circa 3 km dal centro del paese e dalle spiagge di Sirolo e Numana.
