Description
The House is built on a rectangular plan and is articulated around a living/distribution space, open to sunrises and sunsets on the fronts salentini, North East and South West with large Windows; North East a great porch complemented by a pergola to live vegetation, prolongs the stay to the outside and offers, cool and bright summer use.
The House is composed as well as from the living room and a large kitchen with furniture, constructed from four place isul bedrooms and three full bathrooms each w.c. bidet, washbasin and shower box; two of the rooms are twin rooms (with bathroom) and the other two have, on the common hallway, a further bathroom; the House can accommodate up to 10 people; the optimum is 8 (four pairs or better two pair and four guys).
The House was built in the early years of the 21st century, according to bio-architecture techniques and innovative, with perimeter walls thermal load bearing brick blocks "poronizzato", without Vertical joints. The technique used local thermally well insulated throws and can offer an excellent residential comfort during the warm summer season; ceiling fans are sufficient or support to ensure adequate living comfort without unnecessary waste of energy.
Like all the houses in the countryside, the building is not equipped with connection to public water supply; nor to public sewer; It caters to water through the recovery of rainwater, or that the supply of the pit, carried by tanker. Water, including hot, however the only heated solar energy, should therefore be used sparingly; the House is equipped with a phyto-plant and sewage evapotranspiration.
All around the House, immersed in an olive grove, extends a shred of Salento countryside, rich in crops, fruit trees, hedges of lavender, Sage, Myrtle, etc.; the terrain is available in the home.
