Stunning, newly built 2 bedroom fully air conditioned luxury apartment on an small, exclusive development. Fully equipped to very high standard with air conditioning in all rooms. Lovely pool with seating area directly below apartment. Also 2 balconies and large terrace area off Apartment with barbeque. All furnishings and appliances are brand new and of a very high standard. Cot and high chair available.
Only a 15 minute drive from Larnaca airport and just 5 minutes to nearest beach. Construction has commenced on a PGA approved Championship Golf Course and 6 star boutique resort 10 minutes away so this apartment will definitely appeal to golf lovers, once completed.
All bed linen, towels and beach towels provided.
Secure building, lift to apartment which is on the top/second floor.
Airport transfers and welcome packs can be arranged for an additional charge.
Our English Property Manager lives close by and is always on hand to help and advise. She will greet you on your arrival, handover the keys and show you around the property. She will also help you with information on the local area.
The apartment is situated in Alethriko which is a delightful, rural village surrounded by beautiful scenery.
A pebble beach is a 5 minute drive from the apartment and large sandy beaches just 10 minutes away.
Larnaca is a 15 minute drive and has a lovely promnade lined with palm trees, plenty of shops, restuarants and cafes. marina, sandy beach with boat trips and water sports and the town is full of history, cullture and tradition.

“A relaxing spacious apartment with many home comforts - and plenty of sunshine!”
This apartment is situated in a lovely rural village away from many of the commercialised beach fronts of Cyprus. It is just 5 minutes from the beach and a super bakery. It is ideally located for day trips to the beautiful East Coast and the Troodos Mountains. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The balconies had sunshine from early morning to sun down. We had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in Cyprus.

“Lovely relaxing holliday”
WE stayed at the apartment for two weeks during the summer, and i must say ,having rented many apartments in Cyprus that this Apartment was the nicest. Situated in a lovely quiet town, you are only a few minutes drive from supermaket and a lovely bakery. Larnaca town is only 15 mins drive away and there are many villages a short drive away where you can enjoy the local night market or dine in one of the many excellent restaurants. The apartment is very modern and very spacious. The pool was almost deserted during our stay and is spotlessly clean. We have already booked for 2012 and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holliday but within easy reach of the night life .
