Au centre de Colmar, bel appartement de 85 m2 avec vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur Colmar et les Vosges et une place gratuite de parking dans la propriété privée.

A 350 m seulement de l'entrée du quartier historique piétonnier et très facilement accessible depuis les principaux axes routiers.

Le goût du voyage des propriétaires transparait dans la décoration .

C'est un pied à terre idéal pour découvrir la ville et la région. Le prix des séjours est net, il inclut les draps, serviettes, le ménage en fin de séjour et la place de parking.

Depuis l'appartement, vue à l'ouest sur les châteaux de Husseren, du Hohlandsbourg ou de Pflixburg, surplombant des villages célèbres du vignoble alsacien, comme Eguisheim, Riquewihr et Husseren, et les vallées majeures du massif, comme celle de Munster qui mène au sommet des Vosges. Au nord, la vue porte jusqu'aux ondulations du massif, au-delà du Haut-Rhin, dont le Haut Koenigsburg. Au sud-est, depuis la cuisine et les chambres, la Forêt Noire souligne l'horizon et par temps clair, on aperçoit même les Alpes Suisses et le Mont Blanc !

Getting around

A taxi rank is on the left when leaving the train station. Count 5 minutes and about 15 € to the apartment. Bus line 4 (Direction: Gare Boucle B) serves the apartment (Arras stop). Approximate operating hours: 6:00 to 19:00 Monday to Saturday.

Interaction with guest

During the stay, I remain always reachable by email or whatsapp, even sms / phone depending on my residence. Quick answer! In case of problem with the apartment that requires it (there is no reason that it happens but you never know ...), I, or someone else can intervene in the shortest possible time.

“Great location”

Splendid apartment with a great view over the town of Colmar and a backdrop of the Vosges mountains. Very spacious and so well equipped - we lacked for nothing. Perfectly situated for visiting all the beautiful villages in Alsace. Instructions for entering/leaving the apartment were perfect in every way.
