The villa enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Dokos and Hydra. For those who want to be far away from mass tourism this area offers an environmentally sparkling atmosphere, clear seas, sandy beaches lush forests and olive groves.
Yet for those who want more active night life, Porto Heli is only 4km away and the taxi rank to Spetses 1,5km away.
The town of Port Heli, which is the nearest town, is an enjoyable 2.5 hour drive by car from Athens, through the historical Corinth Canal and Epidavrus and the majestic Peloponnese countryside. For those who prefer travelling by sea, it only takes a 2 hour journey passing the islands of Aigina, Poros, Hydra, and Spetses. Porto Heli offers all modern amenities, 5 star hotels, a variety of restaurants as well as a beautiful naturally protected marina for yachts of all sizes. The villas are ideally located if you are interested in water sports or site seeing.
You may take a coach trip or a drive to the antiquity centres of Epidavros, Mikina, Nafplio and Corinth or visit the mid evil castle of Monemvasia.
Kranidi, which is the biggest town in the area, has a public health centre and all civil services, as well as banks and various shops

“Great holiday in villa near Porto Heli”
We booked the villa for 1 week in August. It was very clean and the fixtures and fittings were excellent and as described on the website. The layout is good with a central living space and sleeping either in the basement or the top floor. All bedrooms had air con. Bedding was supplied as clean good quality linen with blanks if required. The living area had plenty of room and led onto nice private terraces. A 5 min walk along the road in front led to a quiet beach, it was slightly rocky for the first 20 feet but past that it was sandy floor and clean water. Other lovely bays and beaches were within 10 mins drive. The pool was clean and right next to the villa. The villa was on a shared plot with 2 other properties but because of careful layout each property was private and quiet. This is the best of the 3 villas in terms of layout for sum and pool. It was secure and safe within a private garden space. A private covered double car parking place was supplied. Porto Heli was 5 mins car drive and had a supermarket and all other services, plus restaurants and bars if required.
