Our stylish apartment is several steps away from the Adriatic, next to a gorgeous “Lungomare” walkway, leading you to the most beautiful beaches and hidden coves Dubrovnik has to offer. The nearest beach is literally 5 minutes away. Lapad peninsula is famous for his green areas, parks, promenade and most beautiful beaches. Lapad peninsula is located just 3 km away from UNESCO’s old city Dubrovnik.
Recently remodeled modern-style apartment has balcony and a gorgeous view overlooking the sea. It has two bedrooms and can accept up to 4 persons. Apartment has superb oak wood flooring, Italian ceramics, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) and large bathroom, along with air conditioning. It is equipped with full HD smart TV with over than 80 satellite programs, DVD player, home theatre 5.1 surround system, so you can maximally enjoy movies and TV shows. And of course really good internet connection.
Apartment has all necesarry appliances for long and comfortable stay.
Guests will be provided with terrace under the veranda surrounded by beautiful flowers and mediterranean plants. Guests also have at their disposal furniture and deck chair. Smoking is allowed only on terrace and balcony. (Terrace is shared with another apartment)
Supermarkets, shopping centers, post office, bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, tennis courts, beaches, water park, pleasure ground are all literally within a 5-minute walking distance from the apartment. Bus station for old town is also 5 min from apartment, bus no 6 goes to the old town every 10 min and ride with bus lasts 10-15 min.
On your request we can arrange transfer from airport to apartment. One car parking spot is included.
I will provide my guests with the best possible treatment. I will be at their disposal during anytime of the day. My apartment is located only a few minutes away, so if my guests ever get locked out, or need any help possible, I can assure them I will be available to them during every moment of their stay !

“Family friendly apartment with private balcony and shared outdoor space.”
This apartment is very well situated for local beaches in Lapad. We all enjoyed snorkelling and swimming. Beach towels were provided, saving suitcase space and weight ! Nice touch. Walking along the coastal path finds different beaches, just keep walking until you find the one that suits, dog friendly, child friendly, shingle, organised club beach, etc. Buses were cheap and easy to find and use. The local shop was well stocked and had fresh baked pastries daily. Other larger supermarkets were a bit further if needed. Highlights - Old town Dubrovnik - Lokrum Island ( per Km this was the most expensive ferry ride we have had )- Elaphiti Islands ( Per Km this was the best value ferry ride we have had ! ) - Sunj Beach ( visited often, so good ) - TV, WiFi, Air Con all good. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen well appointed. Beds were comfortable and for a 2 week stay we received a clean change of towels and linen. Vilim, our host, was extremely friendly and helped us out with anything we needed. It was so nice to have a fantastic holiday in an apartment that you would wish to return to at the end of a long hot day of excursions. Easy to relax and enjoy the view in the cooler evening on the balcony. As a family, we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
