Villa Petalutha is located on the outskirts of the traditional mountain village of Spartilas. Nestling beneath the imposing Mount Pantokrator, it offers privacy and seclusion, yet is only 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes scenic walk to the village. The popular resort of Barbati, with beautifully clear water and safe swimming, is 15 minutes drive away. The airport and cosmopolitan Corfu town, a world heritage site, are 40 minutes drive. The area is one of outstanding natural beauty; a peaceful haven for wildlife, including eagles, lizards and butterflies, from which the villa takes its name. Set in its own olive grove and blending superbly with its surroundings, this luxurious villa is built to a high specification. It's unique split level design was inspired by the natural terraces of the hillside and maximises the breathtaking 180 degree views of the beautiful east coast bays, Corfu town, the spectacular mountains of central Corfu and the glorious sunsets of the west coast. Had a great holiday at this villa, it's a little high up the mountain but definitely worth it for the views. Sunset is stunning and a great breeze being so high up would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends.
