Appartement idéalement situé au centre d'Aix-les-bains, en face du Casino Grand Cercle dans la Résidence des Fleurs, ancien Hôtel de la Belle époque qui a su garder son charme d'antan.

Le F1 de 32m2 est très lumineux, il possède une double exposition avec 2 balcons et une vue imprenable sur la Dent du Chat.

Situé au deuxième étage avec ascenseur l''immeuble possède 2 entrées toutes deux sécurisées par digicode.

Le F1 se compose d'une pièce principale, d'une salle de bain et d'une kitchenette séparées.

La pièce principale comprend, 1 lit en 140, une grande armoire miroir pour vos effets personnels, un coin salon avec 1 canapé convertible en 140 et une table basse, un fauteuil avec repose pieds, un coin repas avec une table et 4 chaises, une TV écran plat de 81cm (avec 150 chaînes), une connexion internet WiFi, un grand vaisselier, un aspirateur balai de dernière génération.

La cuisine est toute équipée avec un Frigo sous plan(avec freezer), un lave vaisselle, un micro onde combiné (four), des plaques vitrocéramiques, une machine à café électrique, une machine à café Nespresso , une bouilloire électrique, un grille pain, un mixeur, vaisselle en quantité et tous les ustensiles de cuisine.

La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne sans Seuil avec paroi de verre, d'un WC suspendu, d'un meuble vasque, d'un radiateur sèche serviettes d'un sèche cheveux et d'une machine à laver le linge, d'une grande armoire murale avec miroir, d'une étagère d'hôte murale porte serviettes, d'un panier à linge, d'un étendage à linge.

Possibilité de place de parking sur demande 6€/nuit ou 30€/semaine.

Vous disposez à 50 m de la résidence d’une borne de recharge électrique permettant de recharger deux véhicules simultanément.

Vous bénéficierez bien entendu de la carte d'hôte qui vous permet (entre autre choses) de bénéficier gratuitement de tous les transports en commun bien que le studio soit à deux pas de toutes les commodités: commerces, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, cinémas, casino, théâtre de verdure ainsi que de la gare.

Si vous le souhaitez, vous pourrez disposer pour 30€/séjour de tout le linge de maison et de toilette.

Au cas où l'option linge n'est pas retenue l'utilisation des lits sans draps, enveloppes de couette, taies d'oreiller n'est pas admise.

Ménage de fin de séjour, en option, pour 40 Euros.

Un chèque de caution pour un montant de 400€ vous sera demandé à l'arrivée, et vous sera rendu une semaine après votre départ après état des lieux et constat de propreté, déduction faite des éventuels coûts de réparation, de bris, dégradation, ou remise en état de propreté.
