Charming modern, light, incredibly central flat in one of the most desirably located residences in Morzine. Less than three minutes to both the Pleney and Super Morzine bubble lifts but set back from the noise of town.
This delightful one bedroom and large living area with double sofa bed has full-height patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the Pleney Stade piste so is ideal for viewing the torchlight procession and firework displays.
This location gives you instant access to all of Morzine's central amenities including bars, restaurants, shops with the tourist office just three minutes walk away. The flat comes with a locked, private garage.

“Amazing”
Exellent appartment, we had a brilliant week. The appartment is very pretty, very comfortable and very clean, with a brilliant view of the Pleney and village from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and has everything you need. Exellent location, 2 minutes walk to the Pleney lift, bars and shops. It was great to meet Peter the owner on our arrival, he was very helpful with information before our arrival and very accommodating for our departure day. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this appartment.

“Fabulous central apartment in Morzine”
This place was fantastic - amazing location, right in the centre of Morzine and only 2 minutes walk to the Pleney lift, bars, restaurants , supermarket etc... The apartment has a wonderful lounge area with balcony and beautiful views. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and is very clean with a good shower. The bedroom is small, but you don't spend much time in it! Peter, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. Prior to our stay and during our stay he was attentive and as helpful as possible. He also let us stay in the apartment until our departure transfer at midday, which was a lovely touch. Would definitely highly recommend and hope to return again next year.
