Sitting at the entrance to the prestigious urbanizacion Almadraba can be found Edificio Almadraba, stepped back into a hill overlooking the whole of the bay of Terreros, the privately owned apartments offer an astonishing view of both the mediterranean sea and Aguilon mountains. This private gated complex comprises of 60 apartments, all looking across the swimming pools and sunbathing areas offers a fantastic location for either a family summer holiday or winter getaway being open all year round. The apartments are serviced by both lifts and stairs and have security entrance for peace of mind. Mostly comprising of holiday homes but with a small number of all year round residents, the complex is favoured by a very good mix of nationalities, mixing with Spanish, Dutch, French and English owners and holidya makers in the bistro is a common occurence all year round, or if you prefer a short 20 minutes walk down the hill will find you at the centre of the village and on the promenade where you can sample ice cream bars, a selection of restaurants or a glass of sangria in a beachside cafe as the sun goes down over the mountains.
Spending a week at apartment 3G will leave you rested and relaxed, in fact most of our guests don't want to leave!. The family can enjoy endless hours in the pool or a short walk or drive takes you to some of the most famous Blue flag (Calidad Turistica) beaches in Andalucia with golden sand, gently sloping into the warm waters of the Mediterranean. If the sun gets to you the newly built promenade offers beach bars and cafes for a plate of locally caught sardines, an ice cream or a nice cold beer.
The Sleepy town of San Juan de los Terreros is the a big favourite with Spanish and European families looking for a holiday away from the traditional large resorts. With its many beaches and coves. Safe bathing for everyone and clean beaches, you can be sure of a holiday to remember. With some of the best fish restaurants in the region you will be able to soak up a little of that Spanish flavour of eating late, drinking a bottle or two of wine and then following up with a gentle stroll along the beach side promenade. The superb new Aguilon golf course is only 5 minutes drive and offers a serious challenge to players of all handicaps.

The property has two twin rooms and one bathroom with shower over the bathtub. It is set on a brand new gated complex with secure entry phone system.
