Casa Anne is surrounded by vine and oliveyards, no traffic nor neighbours.From the house you enjoy a panoramic and breathtaking view of hills and the Sibillini mountains, with the Monte Vettore as highest summit of 2400 meters. At only 10 km you will find the Adriatic sea with large sandbeaches and a promenade that runs from Cupramarittima to San Benedetto for about 12 km.

Relax at the olive grove, the vineyard or among the fruit trees; with views of the hills, medieval villages and the mountains.
