Charme and relax in the heart of Le Marche.

Our property is located in Ostra Vetere, an ancient medieval town of Marche region a few kilometers from the beautiful beach of Senigallia, called "Velvet" for the softness of its sand. This is not just an apartment, but on the piano nobile of the Palace formerly belonged to Fernandez. I am at your disposal 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a large dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom for a total of about 400 m². The space is not lacking! The antique furniture, the ceilings of the halls and bedrooms are decorated with stucco and 17th-century paintings, the polychrome terracotta floors, original, next to the kitchen there is a large brick fireplace and grills for cooking roasts with friends. Although the stay in our home will make a jump into the past, you will have all the comforts of modern life: TV, internet wi-fi, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, stove, washing machine, induction and iron and ironing board; the kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2013. In summer the House maintains a comfortable temperature for the hilly position, both for the thick walls and high ceilings. The area is rich in cultural attractions both wine and food. For those who love fish, a few kilometres away you can enjoy the cuisine of some of the best restaurants in Italy, if you stand in the kitchen, we can advise you where to buy wine, meat and cheeses directly from local producers. In summer, guests can participate in many culinary festivals organized in neighbouring countries. Shopping too is favored by the presence of a big outlet just an hour's drive where you can buy clothes and footwear at discounted prices of prestigious brands like Prada, Tod 's, Hogan and Fay. If you are a nature lover, just an hour's drive you can reach the riviera del Conero and a dip in his blue sea, if you don't feel like driving the beach of Senigallia is a quarter of an hour. As an alternative to seaside vacation you can visit the spectacular Frasassi caves, climb on Mount Catria and visit the ancient hermitages, or discover San Marino, rocca di San Leo, the sanctuary of Loreto, the beautiful city of Urbino, medieval town of Corinaldo ... and much more. We have prepared for you different itineraries that will allow you to appreciate the countless cultural and culinary attractions offered by the region.

To move freely is advisable the use of the car.
