Description

A luxury 2 bedroom townhouse, with roof terrace, located in a quiet residential area between Exo Vrisi and Kato Paphos. It is within easy walking distance of shops, bars, good restaurants, harbour, beach, the old town/market and the historic sites of Paphos.

A marble stairway leads upstairs to the 2 spacious bedrooms both of which have en suite bathrooms and balconies. The front bedroom has 2 single beds and the rear bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps, wall mirror and hair dryer. There is a safe located in the front bedroom.

The front bedroom has Patio doors leading out to the balcony which overlooks the hilly views of the old town, whilst the back bedroom has Patio doors leading to a balcony that overlooks the pool. Access to the roof terrace is gained from stairs on the rear bedroom balcony.

Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room area and WC with wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized oven with hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and glassware.

The living/dining room area is air conditioned and is comfortably furnished with oak furnishings and leather sofa's. The dining table has 6 chairs and there are 2 coffee tables and a TV cabinet. The living room area has a 3 seater leather sofa/bed and a 2 seater leather sofa.

There is a 32 inch flat screen TV with a UK TV package similar to freeview. So BBC, ITV are available. There is a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, CD player and an IPod docking station. The property also has WIFI.

The kitchen door at the rear of the property opens onto a patio which leads out to the pool area. On the patio there is a BBQ and a table with 4 chairs, complete with parasol to enable you to soak up the sun, or relax in the shade. There are sun loungers for use around the pool area. s. Ideal for families and couples.

“3 Palm Tree Apartments Paphos”

Perfect spacious apartment exactly what we needed as a family. Enough space so we were not living on top of each other & also a home from home. We don’t want to go out every night and this beautiful apartment gave us the option of bbq, cooking, take out & going out. The apartment was well equipped and air conditioned. We have really enjoyed our time staying here & would definitely come back again & maybe bring other family members to rent out the other apartments. But to be honest we have enjoyed having the whole space and pool to ourselves ! 20 minute walk to Bar Street & the Harbour a great base to explore Cyprus

Me and my husband and tow children stayed here ,it was a loverly town house ,the pool was a shared pool with 2 other houses but it was so quite we will be visiting again next year

“nice vila in quiet location”

In good location easy to walk to harbour, restaurants and shops. Could do with a spruce up. Extractor fans in bathrooms not clean and also bath mats dirty. Needed a mop and bucket to be able to clean on departure. Apart from a couple of niggles thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Peaceful Townhouse”

This lovely townhouse is situated at an advantageous distance away from the main area (15 minute walk), so was perfectly peaceful throughout the day and night - meaning no loud noises from the bar scene interrupting your holiday. The pool was luxurious, it was intimate and because of the size it was the perfect temperature to cool down throughout the day. There is a lovely fruit/super market just down the road which is great and has everything you could need while staying in the townhouse. This townhouse had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a superbly relaxing holiday.
