The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is completed with modern furnishings and decor. The airy open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all required facilities for a self catering holiday, including crockery, cutlery towels and linen. The dining and living area is spacious with dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa beds, TV and DVD player. In the hallway there is double cupboard which houses the washing machine, ironing board, iron, airer and a safe. It also provides valuable wardrobe space for guests using the sofa bed. (1 double and 2 singles).
The living area leads out onto the furnished balcony which is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.
Guests also have access to the roof terrace for that extra tan or to simply enjoy the panaramic view.

Flamingo Country Club boasts several outdoor communal pools (plus splash pools) as well as a heated indoor pool with sauna, Turkish bath and gym. There is a tennis court, basketball court, children's play area and waterslide. On site there is a mini-market, restaurant and additional pool bar with pool table and table tennis. Offering something for everyone, there's a 6 hole practice golf course and putting green, and should you wish to venture out of the complex the facilities at the neighbouring complexes of Turquoise and Royal Heights are also available to guests and the Vita Park premier golf course is only 10 minutes drive away.

I booked my holiday through Holidaylettings having lived on the Turquoise Estate in 2009. I was keen to go back but to try the Flamengo site. The payment through the lettings company was very easy and such a smooth transaction i was a little worried at how easy it was. The coomunication from the Owners was great. They answered all enquiries quickly. We booked our flights seperately through Monach and airport transfer through Karia travel in Bodrum. It cost £30 for a return transfer from door to door from the airport to the apartment and again this was surprisingly smooth. The apartment on arrival was clean and the decor was very tidy. The soft furnishing were nicely chosen. I was really pleased with the key safe as it made the whole thing so easy. The area we stayed in was pretty quite, we had the poor practically to ourselves the whole time we were there. Downside, there was no shops open on site to obtain food and we landed at 9.30 so we were hungry by the time we arrived at the apartment. Migros is a bit of a walk but up those hills, definately good for your bum and thighs. My friend and i did a weekly shop that costs us £80 in total. They must still be on 'turkish prices' because that is a bargain compared to shopping in the Carefour near Bodrum. The taxi from Migros to the apartment was 10 lira (aprox 4.50) which we were happy with rather than having to wheel our trolley along the road in stupid degre heat. We ventured out to the Sunset Cafe twice for dinner in the evening. For both of us to eat a two course meal including drinks worked out at 37 lira. Ridiculously cheap! Overall the holiday was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I would not hesitate to book here again and i am thinking of taking friends back next year.
