Séjourner dans un écrin de nature ou le calme rivalise avec la beauté de la corse dans une maison vue mer panoramique entièrement indépendante et privée, entre mer turquoise et maquis verdoyant, plonger dans l'eau bleu de la piscine ou déjeuner sur les terrasses face à la vue imprenable sur les baies de Santa Ghjulia & Palombaggia, piscine ou plages à vous de choisir !!
La maison, pouvant accueillir 6 personnes (grand lit Queen size).
Les chambres sont équipées & climatisées pour votre confort et votre bien-être, literie haut de gamme 180x200 ou 90x200 selon votre demande, donnant sur terrasses vue mer (sauf ch 1)
Cette maison est idéale pour des couples d'amis, en famille, avec de grands enfants, les 2 différentes partie permettent une indépendance et une intimité.
Charges déjà incluses dans le prix : linge de maison* et ménage compris*,
Un panier d'accueil, de l'eau corse, des produits de base et des produits de toilette vous attendrons à votre arrivée..
Les plus belles plage de corse à 10mn pour profiter des plaisirs balnéaires !
Situation sans aucun vis à vis et entièrement privatisée
En stationnant votre véhicule sur un parking privé (borne de recharge électrique) vous descendez quelques marches pour arriver sur la terrasse principale ou le panorama vous accueillera avant de rentrer dans la 1ére partie composée de 1 chambre, cuisine ouverte, buanderie, salle de bain, wc indépendant, salon donnant sur une grande terrasse avec table extérieur, plancha & salon loggia, puis en continuant en contrebas, quelques marches, vous arriverez à la seconde partie composé de 2 chambres et 1 salon avec couchage, 2 salles de douche wc, quelques pas plus bas vous trouverez la terrasse de la piscine avec son bar/ BBQ ou les transats vous permettrons de vous relaxer face à la vue des 34000 m2 de maquis, plantée de chênes liège et d'oliviers, de la propriété & du littoral corse.
les 3 chambres sont équipées pour votre confort & climatisées (lit 180x200 ou 90x200 selon votre demande et le salon avec couchage d'un canapé lit 140 x 195, linge lits & bain fournis) pour votre bien-être donnant sur une terrasse vue mer (sauf ch 1).
Le tarif affiché est pour une occupation de 6 personnes dans 3 chambres doubles.

Situé à flan de colline sur les hauteurs de Santa Ghjulia à la sortie de Porto-Vecchio, après le golf de Lezza à l'entrée du hameau de Petra longa Salvini sur la commune de Porto Vecchio, Corse du Sud, sur la route de Bonifacio, la maison est sans aucun vis à vis avec uniquement le maquis jusqu'à la mer pour profiter du calme et de la vue panoramique de la maison et des chambres, pour un agréable séjour empreint de sérénité en famille ou entre amis, indépendance garantie !
