Une vue mer panoramique imprenable de face s'offre à vous - la résidence qui est entourée de pinède et maquis dispose d'un parking pour garer votre voiture en toute tranquillité, nous sommes au calme en pleine nature, non loin des premiers commerces qui se trouvent à 800 mètres ( carrefour market / boulangerie) . le centre ville d'AJACCIO avec ses musés , son marché, son casino, ses animations se trouve a 3.5km et les Iles Sanguinaires à 4,5 km - arrêt de bus et plage à 200 m - sports nautiques à proximité (plongée, jet ski, bateau, voile, volley, sentiers, randonnée mer, vtt...) Bonifacio et Porto vecchio à 132 KM de route. Aéroport à 10KM .Port à 3.5km. Porticcio à 20 KM
