Beautiful apartment is located one minute away from a beach with awesome sea views from the terrace.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with bathtubs), air conditioning and romantic electric fireplace in the hall.
The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and food processor. The building is modern and the flat is well-decorated. There is a private underground parking space. Water, electricity and other utilities are included in the rent.
If you don't have a car, there are bus and inexpensive taxi which will take you to Valencia city centre. Or, if you choose, you can walk or cycle along the charming beach.
We provide FREE transfer from airport or train station. The transfer to airport/station in agreement.

“Comfortable and convenient for sight seeing in Valencia”

This quiet comfortable apartment on the sea front in Little Venice, Alboraya was the perfect base for us. We wanted easy access to Valencia, without the hassle of the city centre. The local bus routes were cheap and easy to use, and the nearby tavernas and restaurants provided excellent tapas and wine. Our hosts proved to be reliable and friendly, so we had no worries about access and amenities. Good standard throughout. Out of main season, so local pool was closed, but beach and little Venice Harbour walks provided good exercise.

“Holiday apartment”

Everything that you need in an apartment,air conditioning in both bedrooms but just a fan in the lounge/dining room,not much English spoken by the lady that meets you but my Spanish was worse and Alexey(owner) was only a phone call/email away,roughly 30 steps to the beach and you could walk out for at least 50 yards and the water was only waist high,overlooking a pool that you had to pay €4 each per day but there was free passes to a pool further away,small supermarket 5 mins walk away and a large one 10 mins walk,all in all a fantastic place to stay
