Description
The green woodpecker is the result of the renovation of an old stone 1800 's farmhouse nestled in the beautiful hills of Le Marche.
The building is located on the top of the hill that overlooks the village of San Ginesio, the splendid view from the house stretch down to the coast up to, on a clear day, the Adriatic Sea cost and Mount Conero.
The location of The farmhouse provides a peaceful place to enjoy the large garden enriched of a walk among more than a thousand shrubs and flowers surrounding the entire house, to complete this image of harmony a large rooftop swimming pool where you can relax in the more hot days or sip a cocktail at sunset.
The structure interacts perfectly with the natural surroundings, creating a great atmosphere and a place of serenity, calm tones of the wood, perfectly integrated between the green of the crops and the golden hills, offers tranquility and relaxation by creating a unique environment for our guests.
In front of the House, next to the pool side, stands the old barn.
Recently renovated using local materials, from ancient stones that line the walls to the old tiles of the roof, the barn offers a perfect combination between classic and modern: the external appearance is inspired by the classic structure in stone of The Marche region, while the interior has been furnished by choosing a contemporary design.
The two apartments, both of 60 square meters, consist in the living area by a large living room with kitchenette and bathroom, while the sleeping area is located in the open loft.
Both apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi and outdoor garden where, immersed in the beautiful landscape of The Marche countryside, you can relax between a reading and a dip in the pool.

Its location ensures a relaxing stay where you can enjoy the large garden complete with a stroll among more than 1,000 shrubs and flowers, which surrounded the whole House. To enrich this picture of harmony there is a large rooftop pool where you can relax in the hottest days and enjoy a Sundowner.
The structure interacts perfectly with the natural surroundings creating a great atmosphere and serenity, calm tones of wood, perfectly integrated into the green culture and golden hills, offer peace and relaxation by creating a unique environment.
A short distance from the House, beside the swimming pool, there is the old barn.
The contrast between using old materials for its restructuring and the contemporary design of the interior furnishings are the main of this charming quaint country from which they were derived from two apartments with independent entrance and terrace estrena.
