Appartamenti nella Tenuta Belvedere, antica proprietà di una nobile famiglia, situati in Otranto, in posizione panoramica, a poche centinaia di metri dalla cattedrale, dal castello e dalle spiagge del lungomare raggiungibili a piedi. Lo scorrere degli anni non è riuscito a scalfire la personalità di una dimora che ha sempre rappresentato una sorta di oasi verde, dove si prova una sensazione di pace e serenità, quasi un luogo che sprigiona influssi positivi e che consente di respirare una magica atmosfera mediterranea. Il parco e la riservatezza degli ambienti rendono la Tenuta Belvedere un luogo ideale per famiglie con bambini, che potranno correre a contatto con la natura e gruppi di amici, che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza insieme non rinunciando ognuno alla propria indipendenza.
Sorridenti gazebi arredati in stile coloniali sono stati concepiti per far trascorrere agli ospiti momenti in assoluto relax.
Gli appartamenti sono semplici abitazioni per le vacanze estive , tra campagna e città, circondati dal verde, ricavati dalla ristrutturazione di edifici rurali e trasformati in dimore turistico-alberghiere, di diversa tipologia da 80 mq a 120 mq oltre a relativi spazio esterni di pertinenza dove poter cenare arredati in modo semplice ma di charme con mobili artigianali fatti in marocco.
Gli ambienti sono ampi e pieni di luce dove le mura e le camere seguono il passo delle stagioni, l'alternarsi delle fioriture.
Se all'interno delle case domina un'atmosfera vecchio Salento la Puglia riprende il sopravvento all'esterno con cipressi, allori, bouganvilee, limoni, gelsomini e cespugli fioriti. Dato che la residenza sarebbe stat vissuta durante l'estate è stat privilegiata la vita all'aperto realizzando pergolati e gazebi concepiti come momenti da godere in assoluta tranquillità. Un grande patio si apre come una finestra sul panorama circostante.

Orsa minore B si trova al primo piano ha la stessa tipologia, con soggiorno pranzo, cucina abitabile in muratura accessoriata, due camere da letto di cui una matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti, un servizio con doccia e un doppio balcone di cui uno di 16 mq con tavolo e poltrone ed uno più piccolo uscendo dalla camera matrimoniale.
