IL CARDINAL is a villa fully renovated country, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, bordered by ancient walls dry. Very pleasant even outside of July and August, from spring to autumn you can profiterer fully the beauty of the area and swim in the sea without the summer crowds, and if the evening is cool, heating is here. The property is completely surrounded and enclosed by walls and suitable for children and animals. In the vast pine forest (10,000 m2), you always find a quiet spot in the shade for a siesta. Behind the house, kitchen side, there is a large shaded terrace. From here you have stunning views of the countryside beyond. Another terrace in front of the entrance where the evening you can watch a sunset breathtaking sipping your drink. A free-form pool, water treated by salt electrolysis Its blue color cobalt coating fits perfectly with the surrounding nature. (1.50m depth). outdoor shower with hot water. From the villa, it is very easy to get to many historical cities and tourist attractions, and beautiful white sand beaches are about ten kilometers, called "Puglia The Caribbean". The house has three spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms and a bathroom with basin, hydromassage, a large living room with double sofa bed, a spacious fully equipped kitchen. If you wish, there is the possibility to benefit from a housekeeper. A fireplace is present in the large living room. Heating is available for the winter. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets, sometimes practices during the summer. The alarm system is directly connected wirelessly to a surveillance society, who speak very quickly and can access the property. WiFi by prepaid card. electric gate and videophone. Ample parking available inside the property. A 300 Euro security deposit in cash is required on arrival and refunded on departure.

Response from the owner Innanzitutto troviamo non corretta la maniera di esporre critiche e rimproveri dopo che l'affitto è terminato, impedendoci cosi' di correggere ed eliminare qualsiasi problema durante la stessa permanenza. E' troppo facile lamentarsi dopo se non c'è stata comunicazione durante la vacanza. Troviamo anche strano che la prima preoccupazione del cliente, appena arrivato (con 3 ore di anticipo) sia stata quella di mettersi fare delle foto, senza alcun commento verso l'addetto alla ricezione od al proprietario. Nella lettera si dice: "Detlef mentioned the pool was empty, the house was cold and other issues related to the pictures attached. Your description mentions a pool that can be used and the pictures do not represent the exact state of the property. We will be expecting this to be updated. " "Detlef mentioned the pool was empty". (piscina foto 13) Il cliente è arrivato alle ore 10 invece che alle 12h30, come aveva comunicato, ed il tecnico stava terminando il riempimento della piscina, come si vede dalla foto c'era a destra il tubo di riempimento, se fosse arrivato all'orario stabilito avrebbe trovato tutto in ottimo stato. Ci fa riflettere sulla sua sincerità il fatto che si sia messo a fotografare subito appena arrivato, senza aggiungere altre foto prese DOPO la completa attivazione della piscina a partire dall'orario stabilito, ovvero le 12h30. " the house was cold". La meteorologia non è stata clemente durante la sua settimana di vacanze, normalmente a maggio ci possone essere fino a 30 gradi. Nella villa in campagna non c'è un sistema di riscaldamento, e proprio per questo è previsto un affitto solo nei mesi estivi. Comunque è stata fornita subito la legna per il camino, delle coperte e nel salone c'è una pompa di calore elettrica freddo/caldo. Il costo per questo extra è stato di 150€ che non è stato chiesto al cliente. In tutte le case in campagna in Puglia non c'è acqua potabile, perchè non c'è acquedotto, l'acqua viene da pozzi artesiani e preferiamo dire ai clienti di non berla, anche se è buonissima. Possiamo fare solo ipotesi visto che nessun commento accompagna le foto. foto 1 e 2: il pavimento esterno è antico e mostra le tracce del tempo, ma viene regolarmente lavato a fondo, come si può notare dalla mancanza di foglie e altro. La campagna implica la presenza di animali ed uccelli e quindi è naturale trovare ogni giorno delle tracce. foto 3 : è previsto un intervento di pittura finale dei dettagli che sono rimasti da fare. foto 5 : è il ripostiglio, nel quale è installata anche la lavatrice. In questo caso ci sono ancora tutte le attrezzature del giardino (barbecue, gazebo, sdraio etc..) e della piscina che, a causa del maltempo, non potevano essere installate subito. foto 6 : la lavastoviglie è nuovissima, comprata quest'anno, è un elettrodomestico che non era previsto e non presente nella descrizione della villa e quindi un extra in più a disposizione del cliente. Manca solo la decorazione del frontale che non era ancora arrivata da Ikea. foto 7: scolapiatti Ikea, comprato 2 anni fa, come tutta la cucina, se qualche traccia rimane sui ripiani in acciaio, basta farlo notare all'atto dell'arrivo per poter prendere provvedimenti. foto 8: oltre al servizio di piatti nuovo, ci sono alcuni piatti di epoca con filo d'oro a cui teniamo molto e che naturalmente hanno subito i danni del tempo, basta riporli o domandare di levarli ed utilizzare solo i nuovi, nulla di più semplice. foto 9 : la piscina in riempimento come si vede dal tubo nero a sinistra, il cliente è arrivato 3 ore prima del previsto, e si è messo subito a fare delle foto. In conclusione il cliente è rimasto frustrato per essere capitato in una settimana di maltempo, la peggiore della stagione, e quindi cerca tutti gli appigli per gettare la colpa di una vacanza non ottimale sul proprietario della villa. Ci dispiace molto per lui, ma purtroppo il clima è un elemento incontrollabile. In caso di reclamo, l'ospite deve prevenire il giorno stesso la persona responsabile per telefono e per iscritto. Il proprietario cercherà di risolvere il problema presentato dall'ospite andando sul posto per osservare e monitorare i sinistri ed eventualmente eliminare gli inconvenienti. Se l'ospite non fa alcun reclamo durante il loro soggiorno, ogni pretesa successiva non sarà presa in considerazione avendo impedito col suo reclamo tardivo ogni intervento utile. Da questo si deduce la malafede del cliente

A fresh and large house surrounded by pines. A brand new swimming pool . Seaside at a few kilometers (need car ou bus to go to). Very helpful native owners.
