Description

Ideally situated in St Vlas, which lies at the foot of the spectacular Stara Planina mountain range of the Balkans, where the mountains spill into the Black Sea, Vega Village has the sea in front and the mountains as a backdrop. Situated right beside the sea, the Vega Village complex actually leads onto the wide, groomed sandy beach complete with parasols & loungers and offering many water sports. The sea here is clean, low-salt and non-tidal so wonderful for children and the backdrop of the Stara Planina mountain range creates a healthy micro-climate for which St Vlas has long been famous. Adjacent to the beach, just a few steps away, is the luxury Dinevi marina where you can sit and watch the world go by in one of the beautiful cafes or restaurants. There is a second beach the other side of the marina, so you really are spoiled for choice.

The complex is the envy of the resort, boasting two huge split-level swimming pools, pool bar and restaurant on-site, as well as a Reception from where a large number of trips and activities can be booked. The Dinevi taxi service is available directly in front of the complex ready to take you wherever you wish to go for a small fee and a five-minute stroll takes you into St Vlas village centre with its pretty square, shops, large choice of restaurants and facilities. Right behind the complex is an excellent children's play park. Should you wish to visit neighbouring Sunny Beach, an excellent bus service is provided from St Vlas (around 50p!) or should you prefer you can take the taxi. Sunny Beach is great fun, with its never-ending entertainment and party atmosphere, but in our option it is much more desirable to actually stay in St Vlas! There is also a water taxi service from the marina to the quaint and picturesque town of Nessebar with its cobbled streets and antique shops, making a lovely day out.

There are one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments available at St Vlas, all fitted, furnished and equipped to a high standard with spacious living areas and bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchens and balconies or terraces. Apartments are all carefully built to give lovely outlooks of the gardens, swimming pools or sea. At night the gardens and pools are beautifully lit.

Bourgas Airport is just a 25-minute drive from the complex and we can arrange airport transfers. We also offer flexible arrival and departure days and times - the worst thing about package holidays is having to vacate your accommodation complete with luggage several hours before you need to! Not so with us - you can usually stay right up to your departure time.
