Description

This apartment is situated in the centre of St Julian's, in a residential area, 2 minutes walt to Spinola Bay and 500m to Balluta Bay and Exiles Beach.

Also walking distance to several English Language Schools, bus stops and to the entertainment area of Paceville. A large shopping complex hosting a supermarket and cuisines is on the same street of the apartment thus making this area ideal for a holiday in Malta.

Space:

The apartment is on groundfloor and there are no stairs.

On entering the apartment, the main room consists of a living area having a double sofa bed which can accommodate 2 guests, a dining area and combined with an equipped kitchen. The kitchen leads to a small internal service yard.

The bathroom with shower is spacious and there is also a washing machine.

The bedroom consists of a double bed and a single bed. a A large window overlooks a small garden.

The bedroom is airconditioned for both heating and cooling.
