Description
Our three bedroom villa is in an elegant, gated estate of luxury homes built in 2009. It has a 32 m2 overflow pool and a 135 m2 garden. The Villa includes a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a third, double bedroom. It is a two minute walk from the nearest beach and three to four minutes from bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. This is an ideal escape for families or friends interested in a cost-effective, convenient and comfortable vacation in Protaras, Cyprus.
The location of the villa is very convenient - near the center of the tourist resort of Pernera in Protaras. It is two hundred meters from the seafront where you will find many stunning sandy beaches that are the best on the coast of Cyprus. The villa is situated in a complex called Crystal Lagoon which implies a calm and cozy place without the hustle and bustle.

The Villa Artemis has 3 bedrooms (1 master) & 2 bath/s built on 2 floors with a total 130 m2 of internal space. The master bedroom has a balcony . All rooms have A/C. Additional furnishings include complimentary WiFi and cable internet, a desktop PC, a 32" flat screen TV with DVD and satellite dish, stereo system, and many others. The Villa includes a modern fitted kitchen with Amana microwave, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator and appliances.

“Perfect family friendly villa”
Excellent location- beach and local amenities within short walking distance. The villa had all you needed for a great stay.... pool and outside space perfect and a good welcome pack provided from the owner Savvas.

“Excellent Villa”
We have stayed in this area several times and Vllla Artemis Is Definitely the Best! There was a wonderful welcome pack to greet us along with Savass himself. The outdoor area is really nicely done and the lounge was attractive, with all kitchen equipment workIng properly, lots of glasses, pans, china, cutlery etc. The whole house was spotless. Savass was an enormous help to us, organizing a taxi to meet us and our sister-in-law who arrived and departed separately. He also arranged for a hire car company to come to the house. All in all we had a lovely week in a lovely villa and would recommend Villa Artemis to anyone. Heather, Ted, Christine, John and Jo.
