Description

Our vacation rental „Villa Silvio“ is located in small tourist town Seget Vranjica about 4 kilometers west of Trogir – a famous historic city, a heritage site under UNESCO protection.

The house itself is located at a beautiful location, in the middle of a bay, just 40 meters from the sea. The house offers a beautiful view of the bay and surrounding hills.

This house is completely renovated. It has 3 apartments, a private heated pool, two covered parking places, covered area for barbecuing and sunbathing area.


The apartment on the first floor is the master suite, which consists of: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen, living room, large terrace - with an outdoor dining area for 8 people.
Apartment on the second floor of the house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace with an open dining area for 4 people.
The third apartment is located next to the house and has a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen.

A private heated pool, size 6 x 4 meters, is along the house.

The house has a sunbathing area, measuring 40 m2, fully equipped with rattan.

There is a barbecue area above the house with a large, open dining area for 8 to 10 people.

Our house is fully equipped with the most modern and high standards including: underfloor heating, two large apartments and fully automated awning.

Although the house leans on the other house, all the above mentioned features of the house provide a private and intimate area, designed just for you.

Villa is only two hundred meters away from the town center, where you can find three excellent restaurants, two markets and two coffee bars.

Our hospitality as hosts and ideal location of this house will definitely make your stay and vacation in the Villa'' Silvio'' unforgettable.
