Description

The Villa Avalon is the place both for relaxation and adventures with a heated pool all year long! It is just a few steps from the sea and offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, jogging, fishing, diving, sailing.

For those who are less adventures it is an ideal place for nothing to do, but to just seat and relax on one of the terraces and enjoy the stunning sea views.

When you are in villa, you fuel as if you are on the ship: from any corner you have a look, you always see the wonderful bue, clean Adriatic sea. The villa is just a few steps from the sea, so you will enjoy the smell of the sea and the sounds of the friendly waves.

It is based at the edge of the Ciovo island, just 14 km far from the Split International Airport, well connected with the all major cities in Europe. Although close to the airport, there is no noisy at all. On contrarily, the Villa is surrounded with the pristine nature with a lot of pine trees, beautiful flowers and the small secluded beaches. Only noise is the melody of the sea.

This luxury semi-detached villa is built over three stories, each on the different level with the separate entrance.

The whole villa is ideal for the family members and group of friends, it accommodates 6-12 people.

The Villa is newly refurbished and beautifully decorated.

The Villa has three self contained apartments: each apartment has two bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms and 2 terraces: so the Villa has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 6 terraces.

There is the newly built swimming pool with swim jets for endlessly swimming, surrounded by the large terrace for sunbathing, enjoying breathtaking sea views. This pool can be used throughout the year as we have pool heater. Please note, for this facility you might be charged for the additional electricity usage.

On the main terrace where is the pool, there is the Outdoor Kitchen with the Grill, Basin with the running water and the Gas cooker. It is enjoyable preparing the food and overlooking the spectacular sea views.

Between the Villa and the sea there is a tiny sea-path leading on the left to the beautiful pebble beaches, one on the picture is just 70m far.

There is an easy, natural access to the deep, crystal clear water from the rocks in front of the Villa. However, the best beach for the little kids is 50 meter on the left .

The villa Avalon is just a few steps far from the sea and it is built on the three floors. Each floor consists of a separate entrance and consists of the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, hallway with the kitchen and living room with the sofa which could be easily convert into double bed.
The living room has also en-suite bathroom.
Five out of six rooms have it own terraces with the stunning sea view. on the other islands and it the far distance to Italy.

There are two sort of beaches in front of the villa: the one in front of the house on the rocks with the natural access to the sea. The another one is a pebble beach just 5 minutes on far on the left hand side passing through pine trees.The most popular Diving Centre in Coratia is far for about 300m, the place for the beginners as well as the advance ones. It is also the place to rent the boat, bike, arrange excursions etc.There are a couple of the good restaurants and shops at the walking distance as well as a local market with the stalls for souvenirs, local cheese, vine .Trogir is just 7 km far and it is a place compulsory to visit , is full of culture and history. There are many other places recommended to visit for 1-2 day trip such as: Split, Krka Waterfalls, Plitvica lakes, Duborvinik and some islands like Hvar and Brac,

Getting around

Trogir is a beautiful medieval town just 7 km far from the Split International Airport, 20 km far from Splir port and 5 km far from the motorway Zagreb-Split.

The villa is based on CIovo island , which is connected with Trogir by a bridge, so there is no need for any ferry.

When you cross the bridge in Trogir you are just 7 km far from the property which is located at the egde of of Gornji Okrug village.o in the very quite area just a few steps far from the sea.




Interaction with guest

We have been successfully renting this property for 20 years. The Villa has the perfect location by the sea. The please is quiet and perfect to relax. For those who prefer some adventures, you can have jogging for miles and miles around the island, swimming both in the sea and in the pool with the swim jets, diving, boat renting and water skiing,. or you just want to have a quiet evening with the BBQ, There are a lot of excursions to be arranged by your choice too If you are keen of diving there is the most popular diving club in Croatia just walking distance from the Villa.
