Beautifully finished apartment located on the seafront fortifications of Valletta with stunning 180 degree panoramic sea-views of Marsamxett harbour and Manoel Island, all the way out to the open Mediterranean sea – unique views unmatched by any 5-star hotel accommodation on the island. The photos speak for themselves.

The property is over 150 years old, has its own dedicated entrance and is very spacious with over 80square meters of floor area. The view is enjoyed from a very wide frontage, including a traditional Maltese balcony and two large windows. The deep blue sea glistens below you during the day; you will find yourself unwinding while watching yachts sail out of the harbour and admiring the sunset over the historic beautifully restored fort on Manoel island.

The apartment is accessed via its own private door from street level, into the ground floor entrance hall. Two flights of stairs then take you up to the apartment on second floor. An electricity reading is taken at the start and end of your stay, with usage charged at the standard local rates - this will not amount to much when used responsibly.

“Great apartment”

This is a great place to stay. Lucianne could not have been more helpful and friendly. She organised a taxi to and from the airport for us with a lovely driver who gave us recommendations for places to visit. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped with fantastic views over the harbour. Great location within 1 minute walk of central Valetta. Highly recommended are visits to Mdina and the fantastic Museum of Archaeology and War Museums. Endless places to eat great food but particularly good is Noni.

With regards to the electricity charge, we understand it is not standard but do so to discourage waste - as is communicated on our profile. Usage is charged at the standard local rates, with no extra charge. With responsible use, it generally doesn't amount to much - in fact, it worked out at just over 1 euro per day in this case. The apartment should be kept warm if one keeps the heating running for longer periods.

We sincerely apologize for this - it was the first and only time it happened - there was a problem with the calendar synchronization which we immediately sorted out. Just to be clear to all readers, we cancelled the booking promptly once we noted the issue, I believe on the same day that the booking was made, and immediately contacted Trip Advisor to organize the refund - which was returned in full. Apologies once again - as noted above, this was a sincere mistake and the issue has now been rectified.
