This Sea front villa with swimming pool comfortably accommodatie 6 people plus baby cot and finished to a luxurious specification, The villa boast 3 double sized bedroom - all with sliding patio doors & built in wardrobes (master bedroom with ensuite bathroom) - and a second bathroom. Cot available in the master bedroom. Large open plan sunny lounge and kitchen/diner with double glazed windows & patio doors to all aspects, giving panoramic views and leading out onto the large terraced areas. The lounge has a TV for DVD & CD player plus Internet and is comfortably furnished with a three piece lounge suite and dining table & chairs. The fully equipped open plan kitchen has everything you need including fans for wvery bedroom, aircon in lounge and master bedroom, 3 stand aalone fans, water cooler fridge/freezer, oven & hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

A non-refundaable deposit of 25% of your rental price secures your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival, together with a £100 security bond, this will be returned to you subject to any losses or damage within 1 week of your departure The electricity is expensive and water scares in Cyprus and should be used with care . Air con should be used sparingly and only put on when doors are closed to get maximum effect. Hirers should ensure that they are adequately insured prior to the commencement of their stay. Pool areas are dangerous and can become slippy when wet. Neither the agents or the owners can be held liable for activities and accidents in and around the pool. It is the responsibility of hirers to ensure that children are adequately supervised in the villa, garden terrace, patio and pool areas at all times

The Master Bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the pool with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The 2 downstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom also have their own balcony. Bed linen, towels and throws, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Cot is availacle but high chair on request

Beautifull villa with views over looking the Mediterranean Sea, the villa and garden and pool is completley walled with no passing traffic. Here you can relax in the sun on the loungers with umbrella's provided along with air beds. There is a fixed stone BBQ next to the beautiful marble table on the patio area. If you fancy a change from dipping into the pool there is a pebbled beach only a few minutes walk from the villa and is suitable for snokeling. You don't have to go far for an evening out as there is a restaurant on site with entertainment and lots within a short waking distance but will not desturb the tranquillity of your villa. Most restaurants in the area have entertainment in the evening, This information booklet can be found in villa called Whats on Book with activities/restaurants in the immediate area and nearby surroundings. .
