Welcome to 104B, a stunning 2 bedroom apartment located in the Blue Electra complex of the town of Kapparis, Cyprus and near the towns of Protaras and Paralimni.
This luxury first floor apartment is just a few minutes walk away from Kennedy Avenue with its fantastic selection of good quality restaurants, bars and two local supermarkets.
The nearest beach is Firemans Bay which is a leisurely 8 min stroll away. If you don't feel up to all this walking just relax around the communal pool.
The popular family resort of Protaras offers a vast array of bars and restaurants as well as a selection of watersports.
There are many long, wide sandy beaches including the famous Figtree bay which is only a 10min drive away.
For those who prefer things a bit more more lively, Ayia Napa with its Nissi beach and variety of nightclubs is only a 15 min drive by car or taxi.

“Blue Electra Aparments Kaparis”
Just had a wonderful 2 week holiday in the Kaparis. The property is comfy with all the mod cons you need including wifi and swiming pool. Great meet and greet with all the information and local knowledge you need. Forgot to mention the allocated parking for those with cars. The apartments is a five minute walk from the shops and a great selection of restaurants and bars. The 3 local beaches each have a charecter of their own with beach side resturants and nice sandy supervised beaches perfect for families These beaches, for the more adventures are linked with the rest of Protarus Bay by a 6 mile boardwalk, and more busy but wonderfull beaches. Fig Tree bay is at the end of the board walk and a grest place for a well deseved meal and a pint.

“Love this place”
This is the 4th time in B104 - Colin and Christine couldn't be more helpful in the booking process as is Jill who meets and greets The apartment is very well equipped, all you could ask for, very home from home. Lovely balcony for sitting under the stars. Situated literally around the corner from Kennedy Ave , with is gorgeous restaurants and bars this is just in a perfect location but it's also great idea to get a hire car to see more of this beautiful coastline. Several beaches ar dotted along Kennnedy Ave you really don't have to go too far if you don't want to. We will be staying again in 2020 for our fifth time - can't wait.
