Description
Just fifteen minutes drive from Lefkas town & two minutes from the pretty seaside village of Agios Nikitas you can bathe in the 1 km long secluded beach of Milos. It has been built to a very high specification, offering the upmost in comfort and style. Features include dark wood floors, ceilings and windows and have matching furniture.
The views from the villa over the crystal blue waters are second to none and the sunsets are absolutely breath-taking .The villa is furnished to the highest standard with antique style modern furniture, leather settees and many additional features. All the rooms are generous size and all look out over the sea. The wooden windows have traditional lace curtains and complete with large scatter rugs make the villas feel very homely. The bathrooms and shower rooms are marble floored and tiled with quality fittings.

Ground Floor : An open plan living / dining / kitchen area with full cooking facilities, fitted oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee market and mini bar. Also included is an automatic washing machine, satellite TV and full reverse cycle air conditioning.
The two bedrooms have four poster beds, one with en suite shower room and a large bathroom which is approached from the lounge area.To the outside the villa has its own private pool or Jacuzzi with decking areas for sunbathing. The pool is very close to the villas so that the children can be kept an eye on. There are sunbeds, chairs, large table and 2 umbrellas beside the pool. On a balmy afternoon you can enjoy your meal on the large terrace in front of your villa and see the unforgettable sunsets, relaxing in the large outdoor space of your pool / Jacuzzi while enjoying panoramic views of the best beach in Greece!
