Treasure Cove truly is even more of a treasure now with new renovations inside and out. The style is modern but warm and boasts more windows for ocean views. Rinse off the sand with the outdoor shower then soak in the six person hot tub on the patio and watch sea life, fishing boats and all the ocean has to offer. Treasure Cove comfortably sleeps 6 and is great for a few couples or a family getaway. This custom, 1810 square foot, two story home located just a few houses away from downtown Trinidad has great ocean views and coastal access trails (Trail located directly in front of home leads to Trinidad Head & Beach). Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the large Smart T.V. Log on to Netflix and have fun watching your favorite shows and movies.

The three bedrooms plus two marble full bathrooms are located downstairs. Sleep to the sounds of the sea in the Main bedroom complete with slider to step out and enjoy the bay views, covered patio and hot tub. The Main bedroom has plenty of privacy w/ a King bed, T.V. and en-suite bathroom w/ shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed, ocean views and direct patio access to the hot tub. This room also has a large flat-screen T.V. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. All bedrooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The second and 3rd bedroom share another beautifully marble tiled bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Upstairs is the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a conveniently located half bath. It has a very well equipped kitchen and brand new breakfast bar with everything a cook would need. The furnishings are modern, stylish and comfortable. The wood burning fireplace simply adds to the ambiance (complimentary wood supplied). You can also enjoy the upstairs expansive deck and grill on the propane barbecue while taking in the panoramic view of Trinidad Harbor.

We have provided FREE wireless internet, expanded cable T.V and a super fun finished garage complete with a ping-pong table, kids game area and bean bag chairs. Washer & dryer also located in the garage. This home is within easy walking distance of local beaches, pier, lighthouse, hiking trails, restaurants and Murphy’s Market. Please note there is not a fenced in yard but plenty of grass for the kids to play!
