Get away from it all when you choose the charming Villa St. Nicholas House in the resort town of Dassia in Corfu island. It’s an idyllic and picturesque setting for a family holiday or for a group getaway where up to 12 adults and 2 kids will be sharing this stylish villa.
Villa St. Nicholas house is a superb detached villa conveniently located in an idyllic pastoral setting, less than 300m from the shops, restaurants and the lovely sandy beaches in the popular and picture postcard resort of Dassia. The morning swim is only 300m away.
This modern designed villa is constructed over three floors with the main floor living area particularly spacious and bright, and with large patio doors leading out to the front terrace, allows attentive parents to supervise the younger family members splashing about in the swimming pool from the comfort of the lovely outdoor sofa’s, a perfect vantage point for the hotter parts of the day!
From the upstairs bedrooms, there is a partial sea view from the lovely balcony and provides a perfect setting for a well-earned, end of the day sundowner! With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, this is a perfect villa for groups of friends, or large family get-togethers. This truly is a serene setting, with attractive gardens, a fabulous private swimming pool and less than a 5 min walk from the beach and resort facilities, what more could you possibly ask for from a holiday villa.
Previous guests, mostly extended families or friends, have remarked how this setup allows them to enjoy privacy when they choose to take some moments away from the group.
It is ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends, who want to be together and at the same time enjoy privacy when they wish.

On the main floor you've got the main comfortable living room-dining area with three double sofas and two arm-chairs, coffee tables, TV with satellite and DVD/CD player, the fully equipped kitchen, along with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra WC with walk-in shower .
On the upper floor, there's a large bathroom with a glamorous corner bath and twin basins, the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea view.
There's also a triple bedroom on this floor, styled very much with children in mind, which connects to another triple bedroom with tv, dvd.

Response from the owner Dear Tracy, We are surprised the way you describe your stay in our villa this September. All the reviews we have received until now were extremely good and all our guests left St. Nicholas house & apart. with great impressions. All the problems you had during your stay were caused by storm and very bad weather that week. It is a common problem with electricity for every island after so much rain. Unlucky moment was with a boiler but that could happen in each house, any time, all around the world. Immediately after we sent electrician who fix it, which means good service. Small beach near the house was not in very good condition also because of stormy weather. We are sorry for the money you lost but you should be more concerned about your personal belongings and our cleaning lady is a person we trust, who does her job perfect for last few years. When Dinos asked you to report the theft to the police you refused to do it? Wonder why? After reading your review it seems that nothing good happen to you that week! Just to remind you: free transport from and back to the airport, after your arrival we went together for a shoping in a super market, free mini bus for a day to explore the island and last day instead to leave the villa in the morning (check out time) you stay in all day for a free to enjoy the last sunny day by the pool. Everything would be much better if you were more lucky with a weather. Unfortunately we could not do much about that? With all my respect Sandra
