Description
This lovely 3 bedroom private villa is located just 300mts from the Icmeler beach front and main promenade. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin and a sofabed in the lounge area (sleeping a max. 6-8) There is a large lounge area with open kitchen. Main bathroom is located on the 1st floor, there is also a seperate toilet on the ground floor. The villa is furnished to a high standard inside and out and all living areas have air conditioning. Outside there is a fantastic private courtyard, including a barbeque, overlooking your own private swimming pool. There is also a fully maintained private garden. The villa is located in a great location for local restaurants, bars and shops all of which are in very short walking distance. Easy access by dolmus to Marmaris just 50mts away, every 15 minutes. Located a short walk from beach with great mountain views.

“White villa”
This is the 4th time we have stayed here and again the villa is a great place to stay, TANER Is very helpful and if you need anything he will sort it. The reviews recently given aren’t as true as they make out to be, you need to take them with a pinch of salt, some people expect the ritz, a butler and personal chef, it’s a holiday home in the very centre of icmeler, handy for everything, with your OWN pool, no one sharing it. It’s perfect for families or groups.

“Another fabulous holiday.”
This is our 4th time to this Villa and won’t be the last. Very spacious with everything you need to make you feel at home now including WIFI, Pool is fabulous even coming in at a night you can have a dip with a glass of wine perfect. The pool man comes daily to check and clean the pool. Garden is beautiful with various fruit trees. Banana, grape vines, pomegranates, figs. BBQ Taner is only a phone call away if you need anything. He pops along to make sure everything is ok. Icmeler is great as there’s plenty to do for all ages. Trips are really cheap. All day Boat trip £10 with lunch . Jeep safaris £15 with lunch. On our last day Taner brought us a little present. Some lovely pine honey. Thank you Taner for another lovely memorable holiday. Can’t wait to return
