Description
Beautiful modern ground floor apartment set in BEAUTIFUL Calabria - an unspoilt and cultural area of Southern Italy. Laze by one of the swimming pools with a good book, get inspired by the spectacular views, take a stroll round the tranquil countryside, or how about an evening meal al fresco with a bottle of the local wine. Or have fun exploring the mountains or swimming. The beach is only 5 minutes walk through the forest conservation area. Pathway through the forest to enable pushchair and wheelchair access to the private beach.
There are lots of outdoor activities for the children to be kept entertained including tennis courts, table tennis, football games table, football pitch and swimming pools. There is outdoor seating for parents to watch and enjoy a drink. For the younger children there is the children's play area with various amusement items .
There is now a childrens slide in the Big Pool which is a great attraction.
For the adults there is the Gymnasium conveniently situated in Restaurant area.
This is a fully furnished ground floor 1 bed apartment with patio and private garden.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is also a put up single bed stored in the master bedroom.
There are 2 bedside tables with lamps.
There is also a sofabed in the lounge area.
Baby cots can be hired locally.
The shower room has a power shower and also the washing machine along with all necessary bathroom accessories including lighted vanity unit over sink.
There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas hob and cooker, fridge freezer and storage units.
The lounge is fitted with dining table and four chairs and sofa bed..
There is patio furniture for outdoor dining.
The apartment is on the ground floor with easy access for wheelchairs.
The apartment has air conditioning in the Bedroom and air conditioning in the Lounge.
Free wifi is available in the apartment and throughout the complex (please ask owner for password)

The apartment is very well equipped with everything required for an enjoyable holiday.
Large sofa bed suitable for 2 adults to sleep. Also a put up bed in the master bedroom.
High gloss kitchen with hob, extractor fan, oven and all cooking utensils.
There is a large fridge/freezer and washing machine.
All linen, towels, duvets and pillows provided. Air conditioned in Bedroom and Lounge. Ground floor entrance with patio.

There is a weekly charge of £25 for electricity.

The complex boasts 2 swimming pools with poolside bar and showers. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The long sandy beach is private to Pizzo Beach Club guests and is accessed through the Eucalyptus forest and is only 7 minutes walk. There is also a well equipped gym, bar/restaurant serving top quality food and wine including breakfast at reasonable prices. There are tennis courts, a football pitch and a children's play area.
There is now also a outdoor Table Tennis area outside the restaurant complex. Racquets and balls provided. There is a Ping Pong table and Football Games play table outside the Restaurant area (in the shade).
There is 24 hour security on the site and is only accessed by swipe card which is issued to all guests. To comply with building regulations the complex is built no more than 2 stories high. The communal gardens are well maintained with beautiful flowers and trees.

“Non c'è due senza tre!!! L'anno prossimo si ritorna”
Al Pizzo Beach Per il secondo anno consecutivo. Stessa Spiaggia, stesso mare e stessa casa! Siamo stati davvero bene. Così tanto che ritorneremo! Di giorno tra le piscine e la spiaggia e la sera al fresco nel cortile della casa. Comfort e Tranquillità!! Un mix perfetto! Sheila , la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile come sempre!
