Description
The villa has 1 double room (ensuite) and 2 twin rooms. The villa benefits from lovely views of the nearby mountains, Hisaronu valley and the surrounding forest, yet is just a 12 minute walk from the centre of Hisarönü. The villa overlooks its own mature private garden and swimming pool. The garden has a stone BBQ near the poolside. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa. Wifi available
5 minutes by bus (these go every 5 minutes during the season) you will find Ölüdeniz with its famous Belcekiz Beach and the Blue Lagoon.

When entering the villa you pass into a spacious hallway with the laundry cupboard to your right (find your washing machine here) and further storage on your left. The stairs to the first floor are on the right, continue forwards past the downstairs toilet to the main part of this spacious open plan living space.
In front of you you will find a lounge area incorporating open fire place for those cooler autumn/winter evenings, a TV with Satellite and DVD player and plenty of seating. Off the lounge to the right is the rear balcony with a pool table for those lazy evening in with a BBQ and a bottle of wine. From the lounge you can exit through large patio doors to the main terrace (overlooking the pool and garden). To the left of these doors you will find a large sideboard brimming with DVD's, games, magazines and books for your use. On top of this piece of furniture there is a CD player.
Facing back towards the front door you will now find a water cooler on your left and a well appointed spacious kitchen diner. The Kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, deep fat fryer as well as the usual kettle and toaster.
So we continue up the marble staircase to the first floor.....
The master bedroom is a very large double room with pine wardrobes and drawers to your right. There is also a TV and DVD player here for your convenience. The master bedroom also has a balcony that overlooks the garden and the pool. The master bed ensuite is a 1.5 size corner shower, and sink with large vanity unit and mirror. Between the bedroom and the ensuite is a dressing/make up area with dressing table equipped with hairdryer and mirror.
On the left you will find a large family shower room with corner shower, and sink situated in a white vanity unity with large mirror and shaving point.
Bedroom 2 is a twin room with pine wardrobes and a dressing table, it also has a balcony with views over the pool and garden.
Bedroom 3 is also a twin room with a balcony overlooking the rear garden.

The villa is situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac and so there is very little traffic. The villa has child proof fencing all round and so is secure for younger children.
There is off road parking for 1 car on the block paved driveway.
The garden has mature plum trees that you can pick fruit from when in season. There is a oval shaped private pool approx 8m x 4m, with circular flower bed at one end. At the same end of the pool you will find a stone built BBQ for those quiet evenings in.
There is plenty of sun loungers and sun shades for your use.
The main terrace of the house has a cane and glass dining table with seating for 6, there are also some bean bags for lounging about the terrace or pool terrace.

“Wonderful villa”
The villa is very well equipped. It is in a lovely setting, quiet and very peaceful. Loved the pool. Taxi button at end of road, cheap reliable service. POM maintenance company that look after the villa dealt with a problem extremely quickly. Alii and staff at near by Sinderellas were lovely and helpful, good food too.

“Fantastic”
We have stayed at the villa on a number of occasions and would thoroughly recommend it. We have 3 children and found the facilities at the villa and the area ideal. All of my children have requested to re visit again and again. The pool, pool table, large garden, local shops and restaurants are perfect: you want for nothing, it really is a home from home. The villa is in a beautiful location with a mountain breeze to cool you down in the Turkish heat. Everything from the transfers to the large bedrooms and spacious living areas ensure that your holiday is absolutely FANTASTIC. Enjoy! We certainly have.!
