Description
The apartment form is part of an attractive two storey block on a spacious and prestigious development (a very well managed site), close to the coast(200m) and overlooked by the stunning mountains. It's a ground floor apartment with its own private walled garden and two large balconies with breathtaking views of Kyrenia mountains. Rich welcome pack, local number mobile (all free of charge). The owner will welcome you personally and show you around on the check in day.
The interiors of the apartment has marble floors throughout, and is furnished to a high standard. The apartment benefits from Satellite TV which will also play your DVD and CD's (we have a lot of DVD films and music CD's and books in English and Russian). Car hire, and airport transfers can all be arranged through the owners local managing agents (arrangements are free of charge).
The apartment benefits from a large communal pool, separate children's pool which can be easily seen from the apartment and spacious grounds which provide a safe environment for the younger members of your party.
The property is only a short drive (14 min.) from Kyrenia with its unspoilt Venetian harbour, Byzantine castle and sophisticated restaurants whilst Escape Beach Club can be reached in a matter of minutes. Other golden beaches and Lapethos water park is within 2-3 min. drive. There is a hidden cove sandy beach only 5 min. walk from the property.

This fully furnished 3 bedroom garden apartment is availble for holiday and short term lets. The apartment offers a large lounge/diner, a well proportioned fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, en-suite bathroom to the master and a further family bathroom. With marble flooring throughout and both private and communal gardens. All rooms(3) and dining-living area are fully air-conditioned and extremely light and airey . Two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A very large outside patio which looks directly onto the kidney shaped pool. Breathtaking views of the Besparmark mountain range.There is also a private patio off of the 2nd bedroom. Open Plan Lounge/Diner/Kitchen Dual aspect with patio doors to terrace, air conditioning unit, 3 seat sofa plus 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, dining table with 6 chairs.

“Fantastic accommodation”
Everything advertised and more. Could not fault the accommodation in any way at all. Absolutely everything you could possibly want for your stay. Lovely garden and pool in a nice quiet complex. Near great restaurants and easy access to Kyrenia via car or local bus. We have stayed in properties around Lapta/Alsançak before and this is definitely our favourite. So much that we have already booked to come back next year.
