Description
The apartment has a spacious living room with open plan dining room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony. Parking is in a closed garage video surveillance. In a 15 min. you can reach by walking to the Diocletin`s Palace.Near by is McDonadl`s, Poljud.
Apartment with the three-stars located on the third floor of the new building. Spacious open plan living room, connected to the terrace, dining room and kitchen. Master bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower.Other room has two beds. Large bathroom is equipped with a washing machine,the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave ... It`s possible to use sofa beds in the living room.
Feel free to use the washing machine and dishwasher. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.
It is near of TC Joker, McDonald`s, Stadium Poljud (Ultra Music Festival), bus station, where public transport can in five minutes get you to the old part of the city, the ferry port or the beach.
Diocletian's Palace, the ferry port, museums and galleries are located only 15-20 minutes walking.
If you arriving by your own car, you can use free parking in a closed garage.

“Excellent stay in Split”
My wife and I lived in Tina Apartment in Split for 8 nights. We found the owner and her daughter to be very helpful and friendly. The accommodations were excellent and had all of the amenities that we desired, including good cooking equipment, a washing machine, and good WiFi. The apartment is very close to a large grocery store which is quite helpful if you wish to cook any meals or just buy a bottle of wine. We walked to the old city/Diocletian's Palace nearly every day. It is an easy 20 minute walk on safe and comfortable streets. We had a rental car, so parking and ease of access to the city were important to us. Tina Apartment is both easy to access and also has a designated parking spot in the building's underground parking garage. This worked out very well for us. I will definitely stay in this apartment again, when I return to Split.
