Entre Calvi et St-Florent, sur les hauteurs de l'Ile-Rousse, idéalement situé pour découvrir la Haute Corse.
Situé en Balagne dans le village de Monticello.
Appartement au rez-de -chaussé de 35 m² dans une petite résidence calme.
La terrasse permet de prendre les repas avec vue exceptionnelle sur Ile-Rousse, et la mer (on voit arriver/partir les ferrys dans le port de l'Ile-Rousse), le désert des Agriates, le Cap Corse .
Vous êtes à 3mn en voiture des plages, et commerces de l' Ile-Rousse.
Une chambre avec un lit en 140 cm, (ou 2 lits 1 personne au choix) + rangements.
Un lit bébé (parapluie) est à votre disposition avec son matelas si besoin.
Une chambre avec lits superposé.
Un séjour donnant sur terrasse avec une magnifique et imprenable vue mer, et un canapé convertible.
Bien équipé : Tv écran plat, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, sèche cheveux, four multifonctions
frigo, grille pain, cafetière, divers robots de cuisine.....etc....
L'appartement est non fumeur à l'intérieur.
Vous avez la possibilité de louer des draps, serviettes et torchon chez Notte Corsa pour 24€/semaine.
Le ménage sera fait après votre départ et donc fait avant votre arrivée.
Un parking gratuit se situe devant la résidence.
Votre arrivée peut se faire le jour que vous voulez suivant votre date de bateau ou d'avion.
Les ferrys en provenance de Marseille Toulon Nice arrivent au port de l'Ile-Rousse.
Une personne vous accueillera à votre arrivée.
