Welcome To The Sunlight Villa!
Newly updated with fresh paint and furnishings. Located on the Glenbrook development in Clermont, this single level villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home features an open floor plan with all common areas overlooking the pool area. The kitchen has bar seating for 3 and dining table seats up to 6. The living room has sectional seating with a large flat panel smart TV.
The master suite has a king bed with en suite bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twins. Bedroom 4 has a king bed. All bedrooms have TVS connected to cable. Double garage has been converted to a games room with table football, ping pong table and air hockey game. Outside there is a fully screened in larger than average pool with good sized patio deck, table seating 4 and 2 sun loungers. Child screen available for safety. Free WIFI and international calling. Grocery stores/restaurants are a short 5 minute drive and the attraction parks are 15 minutes away.
Glenbrook community amenities:
Outside there is a community pool which is one step entry one end and has a children's splash zone the other end. The wide patio deck backs on to wooded conservation, so keep your eyes open for Florida's beautiful wildlife. There are plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and tables so you can enjoy a day out by the pool. Fancy a game of pool or ping pong? No problem, Glenbrook has outdoor tables. Tennis courts and a beach volleyball court are also available.

“Outstanding”
