MARRAM HOUSE OVERVIEW:

MARRAM HOUSE is a beautifully decorated pet-friendly home with 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 people, you are really spoilt with plenty of space, attention to detail and the added bonus of a hot tub! Croyde beach and character thatched pubs, quality restaurants, and ice-cream and fudge shops are all just a short stroll away. There is a large open plan living area downstairs, with a large conservatory, and a beautiful lawned garden with summer house.

Everything you could ask for is provided, including Internet access, TV, books, toys, games and a Wii console.

Decor is modern, with antique touches and tasteful artwork. This is a wonderful holiday home, in a perfect seaside location, one that you will want to return to year after year.

LIVING AREAS:

The entrance hall leads into an open plan living area, with a sitting room, dining area, conservatory, and kitchen. Two leather settees and an armchair surround a brick fireplace with fabulous wood burner, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with DVD player and Wii Console. A selection of DVDs are provided, as well as two iPod docking stations. A white wooden floor gives a really clean summery feel, and fits the seaside location. A shelving unit holds a great selection of books, cookbooks, board games, toys, baby toys and a radio, and it’s these touches that make this holiday home feel like dining area has a charming wooden dining table, seating 8 people easily. The conservatory area, to the rear, bathes this whole room in sunlight, and is a great place to sit back and relax on the day-bed provided, with views over the garden. French doors lead onto the patio and garden.

KITCHEN:

Located around the corner is a large, fitted pear wood kitchen, with an oak laminate floor. MARRAM HOUSE is very well equipped, with a stainless steel electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, large silver fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4-slice toaster, crockery, cutlery and all other essential kitchen utensils, right down to a cafetiere for freshly ground coffee. There is a useful utility room with fitted pear wood units, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. You can access the utility room from the kitchen, or the pretty courtyard outside.

BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1: is downstairs with a large double bed, tastefully decorated with a built in wardrobe and modern en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2: is downstairs, and contains a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a large mirror. This room gets the morning sun and has country views over the garden.

Bedroom 3: also downstairs, contains twin beds and overlooks the garden.

Bedroom 4: is upstairs, with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. This room also contains a TV/DVD player, a white chest of drawers, white bedside tables and a dresser. Velux windows provide stunning country views, whilst on the opposite side of the room, enjoy sea views across beautiful dunes.

Bedroom 5: is upstairs with twin beds, a sky light, and country views.

BATHROOMS:

Downstairs there is a fabulous family bathroom with a luxurious bath, shower overhead, basin, WC and heated towel rail. The walls are tiled and fittings are of a very high quality.

Bedroom 1: has an en suite shower room, accessed through a cloudy glass door, where you will find a shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Bedroom 4: has a similar en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

OUTDOORS:

MARRAM HOUSE has a beautiful large private and enclosed garden with uninterrupted country views and stunning private hot tub. The lawn, complete with summer house is perfect for children and pets to play safely outside, or to sunbathe in complete privacy. A patio area has an outdoor dining table and chairs, a great place for a barbecue, which is provided. A picnic bench is also provided for further seating.

There is parking for up to 3 cars and an EV Charger is available for use at GBP10 per week/short break.
