We offer the best location in the area just half a block away from the incredible entertainment, shops & restaurants of El Paseo.

This comfortable, beautifully decorated two story Condo with many upgrades will be your escape that you have come to the Desert for.

The downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen with nice appliances.

The kitchen, living and dining room all flow together in an open plan configuration that gives the home a spacious, light feel and allows for easy entertaining.

The newly carpeted (Summer 2016) upstairs offers two generously sized bedrooms:

The Master Bedroom includes a King sized bed with adjacent southern exposure balcony, and en suite bath with walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has a King bed with peekaboo Southern mountain views.

Each bedroom has their own flat screen HD TV, ceiling fan and ample closet space.

There is a guest bath with shower/tub combo.

To make your vacation more enjoyable, this home offers:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If cancellation occurs 45 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totaling the higher of 10% of the total rental amount or $350.00.

GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 45-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT.

There will be no refund for early departure.

From mid April through mid October we charge a $15-30/night A/C fee. The cost depends on the size of the home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
