Come and experience the comfort of this tastefully decorated, luxury oceanfront home with pool and hot tub. With beautiful views and privacy on this quiet stretch of North Topsail Beach, Island Dream is the perfect spot for a large family or group vacation that you will remember forever.
Start the day with a breathtaking sunrise over the ocean. Take your morning coffee on one of the home’s large decks, or in the sitting areas of the two spacious top-floor ocean-facing bedrooms. Settle into breakfast outside, overlooking the pool and beach.
Take a walk down your private boardwalk to the sand dunes and waves of the Carolina shore, where you can stroll for miles in either direction. Collect the shells that washed ashore overnight. You may want to try surf fishing, too.
Back at Island Dream, dip into the refreshing, fully fenced-in swimming pool, sunbathe on its wrap-around deck, or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub while watching the waves. An outdoor shower and restroom on the main floor deck are convenient to the pool and hot tub. Go back inside and take an afternoon nap below the slow ceiling fans of Island Dream.
In the evening, gather the family in the large, eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, maple cabinetry, and abundant seating to share your meals and stories. Settle into the great living room with its media system, built in library, jigsaw puzzles, and games.
Each Island Dream bedroom is tastefully furnished after a 2016 redecoration to ensure comfort and convenience. Every room has cable television with premium channels. A children’s room has two bunk beds, children’s books, and a new television with a DVD player.
Island Dream’s swimming pool is open May through October with no additional fees. The luxury hottub is available year-round with an activatiIon fee of $80.00 during the Price Break and Getaway Season only.
Additional amenities include hypoallergenic dust mite barrier mattress and pillow covers, wireless high speed internet, large televisions (a total of 7), a DVD library, a BBQ grill, and covered parking.
Island Dream is just 6 minutes from the full-sized grocery store, drugstores, and conveniences of Snead’s Ferry. Surf City is a 10 minute drive to the south, where more shops, restaurants, and entertainment opportunities await.

“Great beach retreat!”
This house was very well stocked and in great proximity to the beach! The pool and hot tub were perfect! The only downfall was its water pressure in the showers! Only one person could shower at a time, the washer, dishwasher ect.. could not be on while someone was in the shower. This was a bit of a problem due to there being 14 of us in the home! However we loved it, hope the water pressure issue will resolve, before we return to it next year!!!! Such a great home!
