Description
This is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath on the top floor and is near the point of the Shipwatch Villas building, allowing absolutely spectacular ocean views from the private balcony off the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and has a refrigerator with filtered-water ice maker.
The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the private oceanfront balcony.
The second bedroom is furnished with a set of bunks (adult sized twins) and a double bed.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is a TV and other entertainment equipment. WiFi is provided. There are also games, books, tapes, beach toys and other beach equipment.
This unit is light, bright spacious and furnished to help make your vacation at the beach most pleasant—maximum views included!!
The Shipwatch Villas building has an elevator, plus the Shipwatch complex has a community swimming pool.
PLEASE NOTE: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
NOTICE: THE TENNIS COURTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE!
