Description

The Edison is a great vacation home in a very quite Fort Myers neighborhood right off beautiful McGregor Blvd. Walk across the street to the Fort Myers Country Club for a round of golf or have a relaxing lunch/dinner and enjoy some live music while watching the sunset overlooking the golf course. Close proximity to Fort Myers' best attractions, historic Edison Estates, shopping malls, downtown Ft. Myers and the river district and great restaurants.

Only 15 miles to 3 of the top 10 beaches in the US, Sanibel, Captiva, Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach. The professionally decorated home features a huge master suite that opens to the pool. Large spa like bathroom with a whirlpool tub, his and her sinks, walk in shower with body jets are just some of the amenities. A 37 inch smart TV in the master suite.

The other 2 bedrooms feature queen beds, private bathrooms and TVs with cable. Bose stereo system wired in the master suite with outdoor speakers to listen at the pool. Pre wired for apple accessories. Outdoor TV at the pool with cable and a SM refrigerator for your enjoyment. Pool area provides complete privacy with its tropical lush landscaping. Small fenced in dog run for your furry friends. Modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and Jenn air grill on the stove fully outfitted for any gourmet chef.

A game room with a pool table, electronic darts, bar and TV are also available.
