Large fully air conditioned apartment. 2 twin bedrooms. Free WiFi. 5-7min walk to the main strip and ““Blue Flag “beach with an array of water sports, beach bars etc.

Pool view from all rooms. Balcony with table and chairs.

Entrance hall leading to a large open lounge, dining and kitchen area.

2 three seater settees. TV, DVD, and CD player. Table and chairs.

Well equipped kitchen, large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster etc. Bathroom with shower.Towels provided.

24hr. security/reception and supermarket. Private car park. 2 Water Parks nearby with free shuttle bus.

50 mtrs to shops, restaurants, bars, and market stalls.

Medical Center and Bank opposite. Bus station nearby.

Getting around

Taxis are reasonable, suggest - agree the fare before journey commences. The local busses are very cheap and run frequently to many places. Timetables are displayed in nearby station. There are lots of day trips advertised by local agents, a great way to see places, also jeep safari and quad bikes etc. avail. Water parks nearby with free shuttle service. Nessebar is worth visiting, cobbled streets etc. Bus, boat, road train or just walk along the beach.

Interaction with guest

Sue and Chris who look after our apartment do airport transfers which we can arrange if required. Car parking can be booked for you in advance. If transfers are not required we arrange for Sue or Chris to meet you at 'Flores Park' reception. You will be shown to the apartment, everything explained and given the keys. You will have Sue's mobile number for advice or any problems. If your stay is more than 1 week a change of bed linen and towels are supplied at 'half time'. Notice board in lounge with information and handy tips etc. Please if time allows can you write in the Visitors Book. At the end of your stay Sue/Chris will arrange to pick up the keys. Safe journey home and we hope to welcome you again - loyalty discount rate.

How do damage deposits work?

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
