A 30 foot balcony is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom. Discover the peaceful sound of the waves and the spectacular view of the gulf from this 5 star rated unit.

SAVE MONEY! The bunk bed area sleeps two and has it's own bathroom and gives you the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. The kitchen is well-equipped and has beautiful granite counter tops and bar. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, sleeper loveseat, and 48" LCD TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a 40" smart TV/DVD and King size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. The unit has new carpet floor, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, two sets of tables and chairs on the balcony.

Response from the owner Hi Kisha, I am sorry that you were disappointed with slow elevators in the resort. This is a problem in all the high-rise resorts in in Panama City Beach in the peak season of July as 90% of families check in and out on weekends at about same time and they all have loaded carts so even if we had more than 7 elevators, it would be hard to accommodate all of the guests without waiting. However, that problem doesn't exist in August and later months, so maybe you can try it at a different time next year. As to the side-walks, you are right, they are not continuous and it is best to avoid walking along the street but rather drive or walk along the beach. I hope that your vacation next year would be a more satisfying. Best regards, -Maxim
