This contemporary 3 bedroom apartment enjoys a large terrace and private garden with a view of the mountains in the background. Fully equipped kitchen. Linen & Towels supplied. Hairdryer, Iron, Pizza maker all supplied. This high quality gated community benefits from dedicated secure parking. The magnificent 9 mile Marinella beach, restaurants and bars are all within a 3 min walk. Uniquely positioned between the mountains and the sea. The west facing Marinella beach enjoys unobstructed sunsets that can be enjoyed whist relaxing with a 'sun downer' at the local beach bar. This really is a food lover's paradise. The pretty town of Pizzo, only 10 minutes away by car, has a piazza buzzing with bars and restaurants. Pizzo Marina also has a further selection of restaurants, bars and even an outdoor cinema. If it's creamy, smooth, satisfying, Italian ice cream that you're after..... be warned it is everywhere. Suitable for families with young children as it is a very safe complex.

“Comfortable, convenient, no fuss getaway.”
Short drive from airport, easy to find and 5 minutes from lovely beach, quiet in June. Had great fun beach combing, lots of drift wood. Great Ice Cream on your door step. Short drive to very quaint old town with good choice of restaurants and very typical Italian atmosphere. Winding cobbled streets and old stone buildings adorned with flowers and religious artifacts everywhere. Good shoping, with large supermarket in the main town and a great market, full of bargains. Choice of quiet relaxing break or everything you might need within easy each. Diving, horse riding, trips, eating drinking, clubs etc. Apartment very comfortable and very well equipped.
